B Company |
| Company B, 1-205th BN (GS) is the Officer Candidate School. Using TRADOC and United States Army Infantry School standards, the company is dedicated to training, assessing and counseling enlisted soldiers to become military leaders in the officer ranks. The curriculum is physically demanding and mentally challenging. It is designed to discover and develop an individual’s leadership traits, teach leadership principles and expand the leadership dimensions. The Officer Candidate School is open to all components of the U.S. Army and successful completion of the course qualifies the student to be commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Army National Guard. The cadre for Company B, 1-205th BN (GS) is comprised of traditional National Guard soldiers and augmented by other soldiers within Region G, as required. It consists of: |
