C Company |
| Company C, 1-205th BN (GS) is the Non-Commissioned Officer’s Academy. Using TRADOC and Sergeants Major Academy standards, the company is dedicated to training and developing enlisted soldiers to become military leaders in the non-commissioned officer ranks. The curriculum is physically demanding and mentally challenging. It is designed to develop an individual’s leadership skills, teach non-commissioned officer principles and expand the leadership dimensions. The NCOA is open to all components of the U.S. Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve in Washington State. Company C, 1st Battalion, 205th (GS) is comprised of Active Guard Reserve, M-day National Guard soldiers and U. S. Army Reserve instructors. It consists of: |
